Dr. Yves Leterrier (EPFL)

Senior Scientist, he has more than 25 years of experience in the field of polymer composites with focus on photopolymerisation of hybrids and nanocomposites (150 peer-reviewed papers and 60 invited lectures). He was the leader of the EUREKA project UltraCeal (2016-18) and of a number of national projects, was WP leader for several FP7 EU projects. He has supervised more than 65 MSc and PhD theses, and more than 20 post-doctoral scientists.

Prof. Veronique Michaud (EPFL)

Full Professor. She is the Head of the Laboratory for Processing of Advanced Composites, Associate Dean of the school of engineering for Education, she was WP leader in the ITN project SHeMat, FP7 project Hivocomp, partner in the H2020 COMPET project SMS and FP7 ENCOMB, and is currently WP leader in the ITN project Hyfisyn. She has more than 300 publications, among which >150 in peer-reviewed journals. She has (co)-supervised 32 PhD theses (4 nominated for awards), over 100 MSc or BSc theses, 14 post-docs. Currently she is involved in 7 PhD projects (national funding, ESA, ITN project Hyfisyn).
